The Ministry of Culture organized the "Directorates Forum for Achievement and Cooperation" at the Syrian National Library in Damascus. The event was attended by Minister of Culture Mohammed Yassin Al-Saleh and directors of the ministry's various directorates, agencies, and institutions. The forum aimed to strengthen institutional integration and develop mechanisms for joint work. The forum's program included presentations of the directorates' most significant achievements, along with dialogue sessions and interactive workshops to discuss challenges, exchange experiences, and develop joint projects. The ultimate goal was to produce practical outcomes that support institutional governance and enhance performance efficiency. During the forum, Minister of Culture Mohammed Yassin Al-Saleh emphasized that the current phase requires enhanced cooperation among various cultural institutions through improved institutional performance and the development of a unified strategic vision. He also highlighted the crucial role of culture in consolidating national values and fostering public awareness. Minister Al-Saleh explained that the Ministry is working to activate the role of cultural institutions and platforms in disseminating knowledge and promoting dialogue, while continuously evaluating performance and developing work to positively impact citizens' lives and strengthen the path of cultural development. Organizing this forum comes within the framework of the Ministry of Culture's ongoing efforts to develop the work environment and enhance coordination among its various directorates, contributing to building a more integrated and effective institutional cultural framework.
